1.3 Purchase procedure

1.4 Product Availability
If, at the time of placing the order, one of the requested items is not present in the warehouse, we will try to find it. If the operation fails, the customer will be informed immediately. The amount of the item paid and not received will be refunded to the customer in the following days through the same payment method used for the purchase.

2.3 Purchase limits
BANDSWATCH does not allow the purchase of products for their subsequent resale. For this purpose it is not allowed to make purchases for amounts exceeding 1,500 euros. Customers interested in making purchases in excess of these amounts or quantities for purposes other than resale should contact BANDSWATCH who will provide them with information on the different options for making the desired purchase.
3.1 Delivery
The shipment of the items purchased on www.BANDSWATCH.it will take place via a national or international courier with indicative delivery respectively of 2-4 and 3-7 working days.
In order to avoid delivery problems (wrong address, inability to find someone at home, etc.) it is essential to fill in the appropriate form correctly; it is also advisable to enter a contact number in the box indicated.
The transport price is calculated based on the shipment and the items purchased. The exact amount of shipping costs is calculated when the items are added to the cart and is shown in detail on the summary page of the purchase, before confirming the order using the "Confirm payment" function and before entering the data for the payment.
Transport costs are subject to change at any time without notice. These changes will apply from the moment they are published in the contract published on this website.
4. EXCHANGE AND / OR RETURN POLICY
4.1 Guarantees and conditions of exchange and / or return
BANDSWATCH guarantees the buyer that the products will comply with the specifications indicated on the Site and in any case in line with products of the same type, and therefore free from defects and discrepancies;
The guarantee will last as provided for by the relevant regulations (Civil Code or Consumer Code for the Consumer);
The guarantee includes the removal of defects and / or discrepancies or the replacement of products recognized as defective and / or flawed or the reimbursement of the same;
The buyer must check the product within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery and, in any case, must report any defects and / or discrepancies to BANDSWATCH (also attaching photos demonstrating the defect / defect), by any means that ensures its receipt, no later than 14 days from delivery;
The products will be recognized as actually flawed and / or non-compliant only after BANDSWATCH has ascertained and ascertained the existence of the defect and / or non-compliance;
If, upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is not satisfied with the product because it is flawed, BANDSWATCH allows once the goods have been returned to refund or replace the purchased item within 8 days from the date of receipt, provided that the garment does not has been used or damaged.
The shipping costs of spoiled and / or non-conforming products are charged to the seller.
The shipping costs of the products to be returned and reimbursed by the will of the non-buyer (Article 4.4) will be borne by the customer and in no case will BANDSWATCH accept returns with costs borne by the recipient.
Any return of purchased items must be carefully packaged in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice and the return form duly completed.
It is not allowed to change the size or one model for another.
To exchange an item for another, it will be necessary to return it no later than 15 days from delivery to obtain a refund and then make a new purchase.

4.3 Refunds for defects
After receiving the product (s), BANDSWATCH will verify that it is / are in good condition and will send the new model requested in the event that the customer has requested an exchange due to defects in the thing or the refund of the amount with the same payment method used for the purchase in the case of a return.
Refund times can range from 3 to 15 working days from the moment BANDSWATCH receives the goods in its warehouses. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the buyer will be informed by e-mail.
4.4 Right of waiver
The buyer has the right to terminate this contract within 14 calendar days without any justification.
The deadline for the waiver will expire 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods by the buyer.
To exercise the right of waiver, the buyer must notify BANDSWATCH of the decision to terminate the contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail):

To fall within the time limit for the waiver, it will be sufficient for the communication relating to the exercise by the customer of this right to be sent before the expiry of the relative term.
4.5 Consequences of Waiver
In case of renunciation, we will return to the buyer all the amounts sent EXCLUDING the shipping costs at the time of purchase, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the decision to terminate this agreement provided that the product HAS NOT BEEN USED OR DAMAGED.
We will refund using the same payment method used by the buyer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly provided the opposite.
We will be entitled to suspend the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has provided us with proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
The customer must return or deliver the goods directly to us without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to terminate the contract. Therefore, the aforementioned term will be considered satisfied if the customer returns the goods before the end of the term itself.
5. PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROCESSING OF BUYER'S DATA
