- Enter the discount code XMAS30. A minimum purchase of €20.00 is required.
- The discount code cannot be combined with other active promotions on the site.

2. What payment methods can I use?

3. What taxes apply to the purchase of products?
The price of the products sold is indicated next to the product description and includes value added tax (VAT). If other taxes apply, this will be indicated. If your order is held up at customs, we are not responsible for the additional costs incurred.
4. What are the shipping times and costs?

The periods indicated are subject to the correct and normal functioning of the distribution network, the logistics process of preparation and shipping, as well as the volume of orders existing at any given time.
5. How can I track my order?
We'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website where you can track your order, so you can stay up to date on the arrival of your order. Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays.
6. What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

We will contact you by email as soon as possible.
7. Can I return a product?
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, which consists of terminating the contract. To exercise this right, you must follow the procedure established in the Returns and Refunds section of our website.
Can I change the size?
Unfortunately, we do not accept size exchanges. You will need to return the product and place a new order in the desired size.
