1. Promotions

  • Enter the discount code XMAS30 a minimum purchase of €20.00 is required
  • The discount code cannot be combined with other active promotions on the site

    3. What taxes apply on the purchase of products?

    The price of the products marketed is indicated next to the description of each of them and includes the value added tax (VAT). If other taxes were applicable, this would be indicated. If your order is blocked at customs, we are not responsible for the additional cost that this entails.

    4. What are the shipping times and costs?

    The periods indicated are subject to the correct and normal functioning of the distribution network, the logistical process of preparation and shipping, as well as the volume of orders existing at any given time.

    5. How can I track my order?

    we will send you an email with the tracking number and the link that takes you directly to the courier's website with the shipment tracking page, so you can always stay updated on the arrival of your order. Remember that on weekends and holidays there are no deliveries.

    6. How should I proceed if I have a problem with my order?

    7. Can I return a product?

    You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, which consists in the termination of the contract. To exercise this right, you must follow the procedure established in the Returns and Refunds section of our website.

    Can I change the size?

    Unfortunately we do not accept size changes. You will need to return the product and place a new order with the desired size.
