    3. What taxes apply to the purchase of products?

    The price of the products marketed is indicated next to the descriptive sheet of each of them and includes the value added tax (VAT). If other taxes were applicable, this would be indicated. If your order is blocked at customs, we are not responsible for the additional cost this entails.

    4. What are the shipping times and costs?

    The indicated periods are subject to the correct and normal functioning of the distribution network, the logistical process of preparation and shipping, as well as the volume of orders existing at any time.

    5. How can I track my order?

    we will send you an email with the tracking number and the link that takes you directly to the courier's website with the shipment tracking page, so you can always stay updated on the arrival of your order. Remember that no deliveries are made on weekends and holidays.

    6. What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

    We will contact you via email as soon as possible.

    7. Can I return a product?

    You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, which consists in terminating the contract. To exercise this right you must follow the procedure set out in the Returns and Refunds section of our website.

    Can I change the size?

    Unfortunately we do not accept size exchanges. You will have to return the product and place a new order with the desired size.
